Description of Activities

  • PROGRESSIVE INTERVALS: WARM-UP, ALTERNATING  INTERVALS OF CARDIO BURSTS, INCLUDING A VARIETY HIGH IMPACT AEROBICS , PLYOMETRIC MOVES AND HIGH REP  CONDITIONING W/WEIGHTS & VARIED METHODS+ AB’S & COOL DOWN. ULTIMATE  FULL BODY CHALLENGE.

  • OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP: FUN FOR ALL LEVELS! WE START WARMUP IN THE STUDIO, THEN HEAD TO MARINA GREEN FOR A FAB COMBO OF FULL BODY DRILLS IN THE FRESH AIR!!! TOO COLD? THEN WE KEEP IT INSIDE :)

  • STEP/ KICK/AB’S: WARM-UP 20 MIN. STEP / 20 MIN. KICKBOX / 10 MIN. AB’S & COOL DOWN.

  • CARDIOSCULPT: WARM-UP, INTERVALS OF CARDIO KICK, HIGH IMPACT, UPPER BODY CONDITIONING, LOWER BODY  SEGMENT + AB’S & COOL DOWN. FAB WORKOUT TO COVER IT ALL IN ONE HOUR!

  • SUPER STEP: CARDIO INTERVALS OF STEP AND POWER MOVES USED TO REACH HIGH INTENSITY PEAKS FOLLOWED BY RECOVERY BREAKS. HIGH ENERGY, YET MODIFIABLE TO SUIT ALL FITNESS LEVELS. INCLUDES WARM UP, COOL DOWN GET READY TO SWEAT!

  • LITE N’LOW: WARM-UP, 20-25 MIN. OF LOW IMPACT AEROBICS, LITE WEIGHT SEGMENT: GEARED TOWARD BEGINNERS & SENIORS & DECONDITIONED MEMBERS

  • RIDE: EXHILARATING “IMAGERY” GROUP INDOOR CYCLING CLASS TO GREAT MUSIC ON THE NEWEST OF SCHWINN SPIN BIKES. SIGN-UPS DAY PRIOR ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  • POWER PUMP: GROUP WEIGHT TRAINING CLASS INCORPORATES BARBELLS & DUMBBELLS. CLASS IS APPROPRIATE FOR ALL LEVELS. BEGINNERS- ADVANCED! WARM UP, 3 ½ TO 4 ½ MIN.SETS FOR EA. MUSCLE GROUP/ 30 SECOND REST BETWEEN SETS INCLUDED COMBINED WITH ADDITIONAL CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISES.

RIDE RULES

  • Pre-sign-ups HIGHLY RECOMMENDED anytime the day PRIOR to class.

  • Any member who is not present 5 minutes after class start time will forfeit bike to next person on wait list. (Exception given to those who have 9 a.m. pre-schoolers. If signed up, they may come before and set a towel on a bike to “hold it” while they drive their child to school.)

  • If someone is present for class start, wait list person may NOT set bike and warm-up until it is determined pre-sign-up member has not showed at 5 after.

  • Instructors will be eliminated from full class if a member CALLS MORE THAN 1 hour prior to class. Instructors will be eliminated from last to sign-up to first.

  • If you have signed up, please check in at front desk BEFORE you go into Ride room, so we know you are here.

  • If  you’ve NOT SIGNED UP,  please check w/front desk about availability BEFORE taking a bike.

PLEASE Be flexible. These bikes are equal to/for all members. Change is good sometimes.

  • Please Continue To Call In To Reserve Your Bike.

  • No “Saving” Another Members Bike Before Class.

  • Please Do Not Over-crank Knobs As They Only Go So Far then They Strip Out.

  • Please Wipe Your Bike Down After Use.

  • Please Be Sure To Have Your Name Checked Off At The Front Desk When You Arrive For Class.

  • Please Be Courteous And Call To Remove Your Name If  You Cannot Attend So Another Can Ride.

  • Please Do Not Rearrange Bikes.

  • Please wipe down your bike after class.

  • If You Have Not Called Prior, Please Check Desk Before getting on a bike.
